Tuna Casserole is quick to make and includes ingredients you likely already have on hand.
This casserole can be mixed up and baked for tonight’s supper, or frozen in a freezer bag to prepare another evening.

My meal prep is done for all of our meals, so there are some breakfast, lunch, supper and snack preparations happening in this post each week. This week we are having a variety of meals stemming from some great deals on veggies, chicken and ground beef.

Below you will find the ingredients for each recipe. They are all to feed 4 to 6 people (if you have young children you will get 6 servings). I will be prepping 2 meals for each recipe. It is more efficient to prep more than one of the same meal.
This week I chose to cheat a little by, once again, picking up 2 rotisserie chicken for $15. I almost purchased 3 chicken for $21, but then when I thought about it, I can get 2 cooked for $15, so that is easy and affordable.
