Free Freezer Meal Workshop January 2020

New Year! It’s time for a new homecooked meal strategy (or implementing one I know has worked for us in the past!). One of the ways I like to stay on track with family meals, instead of eating out or making completely unhealthy choices, is by preparing Freezer Meals. By creating a monthly freezer meal workshop, we are not prepping EVERY meal for the month, but we are starting a prepped meal stock in our freezer. In the Kitchen: Hot Pockets & Beefy Quesadillas

Last night on the “In The Kitchen ” Facebook live, I prepped Homemade Hot Pockets and Beefy Quesadillas. 

Hot Pockets are a great option for work and school lunches or even packed up for a road trip. You will need a few hours to make and prep these, but over an hour of that time is allowing the dough to rise, giving you time to prep other meals or the fillings for the hot pockets.
