I love to get dressed up and wear nice things, including unique and beautiful jewellery. Working from home I do not have the opportunity as often as working outside the hme. So each year I like to pamper myself with a few select pieces of jewellery to wear on special occasions. This December and last December, I was able to wear a custom set made by Salisha at East Coast Sea Gems, you can see pics below of the lovely pieces I wore. Salisha and I sat down for a chat about her pieces and to share a little of her story in the following FB live..

La Spa Salon & Spa is a beautiful spot to be pampered, right here in Moncton. From the moment you walk through the door and are greeted, you feel comfortable and relaxed. I felt completely at ease having my hair done last month, and look forward to having a regular visit with Krista as my hairdresser.

Christmas is just a little over a month away, and this year we are going to be shopping local for much of our gift giving. The kids still want a few toys or video games, but this year we will be looking locally to purchase from our local retailers, artisans and service providers. Below we are highlighting a variety of gift giving options for Children, Teachers, Men and Women.

Taking time to connect as a family is something I really did not realize we needed, at least not until we did it.
