This Bread Machine Sandwich Bread is a weekly recipe I make in our home.
* I mix the ingredients in a bread machine on the dough cycle, then shape, let the dough rise in a loaf pan and then bake the dough in my oven.
Most weeks, I need to be a little less hands-on when restocking our bread. That’s when I haul out my bread machine and use this recipe to make my dough hands-free!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey (1 Tbsp of sugar works as well)
- 3 cups Flour (I use bread flour)
- 1 1/2 tsp Yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- To make this delicious Bread Machine Sandwich Bread, add all ingredients to your bread machine and select the dough setting.
- Once the dough cycle is complete, remove the dough from the machine, shape it into a loaf, place it in an oiled or parchment-lined loaf pan, and allow it to rise again. (About 1 hour)
- Bake at 375°F for approximately 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
- When removed from the bread pan onto a cooling rack, I brush the crust with butter to make it softer. Let cool and enjoy!
