Socks with health benefits – *Review*

Socks with health benefits!

*This is a sponsored review. All wording & opinions are my own.

So, I will be honest, as I am with all reviews. I was skeptical…socks that relieve pain, improve balance and athletic performance, really?

For the past 2 months I have had major foot pain. Getting up in the morning was painful or standing after a long time seated made me wince. I tried stretches, foot baths and creams. Taking pain meds helped a bit, but that just masks the pain and it kept returning. So when Ķelsie-Ann asked me to review the Voxxlife products, I was game to try anything!

Legendary Lashes – Younique Moodstruck Epic Mascara *Review*

*I was provided with these products for the purposes of review. All opinions are my own.

Mascara is one of my daily make up go to products. If nothing else, I always put on mascara. When Natalie asked me to review the Younique Moodstruck Epic Mascara and Serum, I was happy to give it a try. I have had more compliments on my eyes in the past month than I have in years!

Lips that last! – review of Lipsense

Disclaimer: This is a sponsored post for review purposes. All wording , photos and opinions are my own.

Okay, I used to be a lipstick  girl…but over the years have not found a lipstick that I can wear all day and one that does not glob up on my lips. My many attempts to find a long lasting lipstick resulted in me giving up and just using lip balm or lightweight gloss.

Rodan + Fields -Active Hydration Bright Eye Complex *Review*

Working from from home, I don’t worry a whole lot about my appearance, but I will admit, even when I put the effort in, I often look tired. Really, who doesn’t feel they look tired most of the time? My Morning Pick Me Up Comes From The Ocean!

My morning Pick Me Up comes from the ocean!

*Sponsored Post. All stories and opinions are my own.

I am a coffee girl, have been for years and will be for years to come. Every morning my coffee maker grinds the coffee beans and brews a fresh pot of steamy goodness. For many years it was the first thing to cross my lips in the morning, until I started making an effort to cut back on coffee and start drinking more water. When I had a goal to drink more water, I started my day with a large glass of water right before my coffee. Helping with the dehydrating effect of the coffee and giving my body a little more of what it really needed after a long night.

It’s A Date, Our First Night Out In Ages!

*this date was sponsored by Lotus Vietnamese Restaurant. All opinions and wording are our own.

This past weekend my husband, Doug, and I managed to go out for a date. Other than work related night’s out, I can not remember the last time the two of us actually went out without the children. In the past we have always relied on family to babysit, but our oldest is perfectly capable to babysit now, so we decided it was time to have an evening together, out of the house, and away from the kiddos!

*our family received passes in exchange for writing this post. All opinions & experiences remain my own.

Our family have been Magnetic Hill Zoo patrons for years. We have had season passes several years, attended birthday parties and zoo camps and always try to fit in at least one Spring Sunday opening each year. Now, we have a new yearly event to attend. I was looking forward to seeing and experiencing the Wild Lights display, but really had no idea just how well it was done.
