Natalie’s Peanut Butter Fudge

Natalie’s Peanut butter fudge recipe

In a bowl combine 2 1/4 cups crunchy PB with 7oz Jar of Fluff and stir until mixed.

In a large pot on the large burner combine 2 cups white sugar, 2 cups brown sugar & 3/4 cup white 2% milk. Stir and heat to boiling.

Once it reaches a hard boil, Time 65 seconds, you can stir during those seconds. But be careful, it gets really hot.

Remove from heat and add peanut butter fluff mixture. Again use caution not to splash as the liquid will burn you.

Stir like crazy before it begins to harden.

When the color starts to lighten and you see that it’s becoming Thick pour it into your greased pan. Allow to cool before cutting.

You can use any size square or rectangular pan. I use 11×14 but if you want thicker fudge – use a smaller pan.

I generally make this and package it and give it to family and friends along with the Christmas gift or as a host gift, I also use it for potlucks as well as cookie exchanges provided there is no one attending with allergies.

~Natalie.
