Below you will find the ingredients for each recipe. For this workshop, I will be prepping one bag of each recipe. If you want to prep multiples, please plan accordingly. Video link if as the bottom of the page.
- To prep, remember to label your freezer bags with the Recipe Name and Cooking Instructions.
- Use an empty mixing bowl to place your bag in before filling. Helps hold the bag in place and catches spills. You can also use bag clips, like the ones I have (on Amazon: https://amzn.to/3HsrV6O )
These freezer meals are the meat portion of the meal and you will have to serve them with vegetables and rice, salad, potatoes, etc.
PLEASE NOTE: These recipes all call for boneless, skinless chicken breast. I would recommend using any cut you would like for these recipes. If you choose to use bone-in chicken, you may have to adjust your cooking method or serving size.
DUMP FREEZER RECIPES:
All of these recipes are to be prepared ahead in freezer bags to cook in a skillet, slow cooker or an Instant Pot later. Each recipe serves 4 people and can be divided into 2 bags if you prefer smaller serving sizes.
Chicken in a Hurry

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Chicken Breast (or 4 thighs)
- 1pkg Onion Soup Mix
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
Spicy Ranch Chicken
Label Freezer Bag: Spicy Ranch Chicken, Date, 6-8 hours in a slow cooker on low or 25 min Instant Pot. Or you can cook in a hot skillet until the chicken is cooked through.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Chicken Breast (or 4 thighs)
- 1 Tbsp hot sauce, your favourite brand
- 1 package dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup water or broth
- 2 Tbsp butter or oil
Lemon Garlic Chicken

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Chicken Breast (or 4 thighs)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup water or broth
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
Italian Grilled Chicken
Label Freezer Bag: Italian Grilled Chicken, Date, Grill in a skillet or on the grill.
- 2 chicken breasts (cut in half into cutlets)
- 1 bottle of Italian dressing
- 1 garlic clove, minced
OPTIONAL – sundried tomatoes or dried grape tomatoes (chopped finely)
Hawaiian Chicken

- 2 chicken breasts, diced in 1-inch cubes
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 can pineapple chunks in juice
- 1 red pepper, diced
