Why do you want to drink more water? Here are 5 reasons to consider increasing your water intake.

Water helps the body efficiently process the food you eat. It helps to give you that full feeling, meaning you will want less food.
3. Energizes Muscles:
When muscle cells don’t have enough fluids, they do not work as well.
When exercising, it’s important to drink before, during and after. This will help you avoid avoid the negative effects of dehydration that can occur when sweating.
4. Removal of Toxins:
Clean and pure water flushes out toxins in the body through sweat, bowel movements and urine.
