• Combine Flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside.
• Cream butter and sugar in mixer until fluffy. Then add almond extract until mixed in.
• Blend in four mixture to form a dough.
• Fold in candy sprinkles until distributed throughout the dough.
• Form into logs, wrapping tightly in wax paper or plastic wrap. Place in labeled freezer bag and freeze up to 6 months.

To Bake

• Remove from freezer and let rest at room temp for about 15 minutes. Then slice and place on parchment covered baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
