Super Seeds Oatmeal (1 serving)
1/2Cup Instant Oats or Old Fashioned Oats
2TbspChia Seeds
2TbspHemp Hearts
2TbspFlax Meal, ground
pinch Salt
Sugar to tasteor tsp Maple Syrup
Orange Cranberry Oatmeal
1/2Cup Instant Oats or Old Fashioned Oats
1/3 CupCranberries, dried
1tspOrange Peel, dried & chopped fine
pinchSalt
Sugar to taste
Instructions
Assemble Packets:
Simply combine the ingredients into a sealed 1 cup or larger jar or container, and store in a cool, dry place.
Make Oatmeal:
Add 1/2 cup of boiling water to oatmeal mix and let sit 5 minutes. Enjoy
