Homemade Biscuit Mix
Prep in large batches so you can whip up biscuits for supper in a snap! All you need to add is buttermilk.

Ingredients

All Purpose Flour

Baking Powder

Sugar

Vegetable Oil
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
To Prepare Biscuits
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine 2 1/2 Cups of biscuit mix with 2/3 Cup Butter Milk (or 2/3 cup milk, with 2/3 Tbsp vinegar, let sit 3-4 minutes).
Divide dough into 12 equal portions and place on greased or parchment lined baking sheet.
Brush with milk or egg wash.
Bake 8-10 minutes until browned.
