In a medium bowl, using your hands, combine all of the ingredients until well mixed. Roll or scoop the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place at on an ungreased baking sheet about 1 inch apart. I line my pans with parchment, but you don't need to.
Bake 13-15 minutes or until they are lightly browned.
Serve warm. Great addition to any meal, in place of a biscuit or slice of bread. Also a great snacking option once cooled (if you have any left!).
