Mix the all ingredients together and store in airtight container.

To Prepare you will need: (serving 4 people)
1 Cup Pancake Mix
1 Egg
1 Cup Milk (I usually use buttermilk or 1 cup milk with 1 tbsp vinegar, let stand 3 minutes)
1 Tbsp Butter, melted
Scoop one cup of dry pancake mix into a bowl. Add one egg, one cup of milk and one tablespoon of melted butter. Whisk until smooth.Scoop mixture into hot skillet and turn when bubbles appear on surface of batter. Cook until golden brown on both sides.These can be frozen & pop in toaster for a quick & easy breakfast.Variations: Add the following combinations to your pancakes to make them an extra special treat!
Blueberries & Nutmeg
Diced Apples & Cinnamon
Chocolate Chips (cook 1 side first then add chocolate chips and flip)
