Instructions
To make dry mix:
Mix all dry ingredients in first section and store in an airtight container, in a cool, dry place. Use within 3 months.
Making a batch of brownies:
Grease an 8X8 inch pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine Brownie mix, butter, eggs and vanilla in a bowl. Stir until well mixed.
place mixture in pan and pat down. At this point you can sprinkle with chocolate or vanilla chips or nuts for texture.
Bake for 30 minutes, until brownies pull away from edges. Remove from oven and let cool.
