- 2 -3 lbs Simmering Steak, cubed
- 1 red pepper, chopped in chunks
- 1 green pepper, chopped in chunks
- 1 onion, chopped in chunks
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
