This week on Sunday Night Live, over on our Facebook page, I shared two Chicken Dump Freezer Meal Recipes.
Dump recipes are simple and easy to assemble freezer meal. Simply label your freezer bags with the recipe name and any cooking instructions.
TIP – Don’t limit yourself to following instructions to a T.
Keep in mind that you can swap the chicken for other meat if you wish, or even fish. I have made these with ground turkey & Chicken as well, to use to top rice bowls with some steamed vegetables.
These recipes would also make nice marinades for chopped roasted veggies.
