Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 1/2 Cups Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 3 Cups Oats
- 1 1/2 Cups Raisins
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat Oven to 375 degrees.
2. In medium bowl, combine flour, bakign powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside.
3. In mixer cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and blend well.
4. Slowly add flour mixture until well combined.
5. Add oats and raisins, mixing to combine.
6. Place scoops/spoonfuls of batter on cookie sheets covered in parchment paper.
7. Bake for 12 – 14 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy!
