Healthier Options: Sweets & Treats
As you may know by reading the blog, I have started to follow a nutrition program of real food and regular meals to help boost my metabolism and help in my weight loss journey. I am only one week in, and so far no cravings, but I am sure they will come, along with temptations. Having healthier options and a varied selection of recipes for a “better” choice to indulge in, that is my plan.
We all love a little treat every now and then. Here are a few options you may be able to sneak into your meal plan without doing too much damage to your healthier lifestyle.
