Servings 12 Muffins
Ingredients
- 2-3 ripe Bananas
- 2 1/3 Cups Oats
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter (almond butter, soy butter, etc)
- 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 Cup Milk (cow, soy, almond, etc)
- 2 Eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 12 muffin tins.
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until well mixed.
- Bake in lined muffin tins at 350 degrees for 15-18min.
