These easy to make muffin pack a punch of nutrition! Using your blender, you can whip a batch of these up in no time.
I am a huge fan of making breakfast as quick and easy as possible. These muffins are super to make during my meal prep on Sunday, ready as a grab and go for breakfast during the week.

 

Gluten Free Maple Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2-3 ripe Bananas
  • 2 1/3 Cups Oats
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter (almond butter, soy butter, etc)
  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 Cup Milk (cow, soy, almond, etc)
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 12 muffin tins.
  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until well mixed.
  • Bake in lined muffin tins at 350 degrees for 15-18min.
