Food For Thought Program Launching in Moncton
I am very excited to announce the project I have been helping with the past little while. I will be guiding these sessions and helping you learn and share your ideas on how to feed yourself and your family on a tight budget.
Join me for the free Food For Thought program being offered over the coming months. This is a casual session every other week, where we meet, have a coffee and snack and talk about food.
How to afford food, options for saving, storing, and making food, we will chat about it all. We will discuss healthy and frugal options for families and school lunches. This is a Free Program for those whours want ideas and need guidance and support to help feed their families on a tighter budget. Or maybe you have some ideas to share, everyone is welcome. We do have limited space, so please contact Jennifer or myself, (info below) to reserve your spot.
This will be guided discussions with a topic each session, but we really want to hear what your struggles are, help answer your questions and make this a program for YOU.
You can call Jennifer for info and to reserve your spot:
